1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by National Printing Group LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") to you, the client ("Customer", "you", or "your"). By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Services Provided

We offer a variety of commercial printing services including, but not limited to:

Business cards flyers, brochures, posters, banners, direct mail, promotional materials, and custom print jobs

All services are subject to availability and are offered at our discretion.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on design complexity, materials, shipping, or additional services requested.

4. Payments

Payment is due prior to production unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and other approved payment methods. Custom orders may require a deposit.

Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% per annum) or the maximum permitted by law.

5. File Submission & Proofing

All files must be submitted in print-ready format (PDF, AI, EPS, etc.).The customer is solely responsible for the content, spelling, grammar, and layout of submitted materials. We provide digital proofs upon request. Production begins only after proof approval is received in writing. We are not liable for errors once the customer has approved the final proof.

6. Turnaround Times

Production time varies based on project complexity and order volume. Standard production begins after proof approval and payment. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, equipment failure, or weather-related delays.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping via major carriers. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to a shipping carrier. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of printing services, all sales are final. Refunds or reprints are only issued in cases of:

Defects in workmanship damage during transit (if shipping is handled by us)Errors caused solely by National Printing Group

Claims must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

You have the legal right to use all content provided to us. Your materials do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other rights. Your use of our services complies with all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse any order we deem unlawful, obscene, or inappropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall National Printing Group LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, and materials created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at our discretion, especially if these Terms are violated.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
